If you are not completely satisfied with our product within 30 days, and if it has not been damaged in any way, request a prepaid shipping label, and upon approval you will be emailed the necessary postage label to print in order to return your item/s. Items sent without approval will take longer to process before being considered for a refund. If approved, your order will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping fees (no shipping fees are applied for items that have free shipping).

Pure-Light Technologies, Inc. stands behind the quality of their products and services. If our products fail when used within the listed specifications for the item and the products are not damaged due to any of the following conditions:
Finding the light color temperature (5000K) or its brightness to be not to your liking are not covered under the terms of the satisfaction guarantee.
To cancel your order, please contact us either by phone: 208-252-5996 to speak with a customer service representative OR via our contact page. We recommend cancellation be made as soon as possible given that orders can be processed as quickly as within 30 minutes from the time the order has been made. If there has been no charge made to a credit card then no cancellation fee will be charged. If your card was charged there will be a 5% Cancellation Fee deducted from your refund. If any portion of your order has shipped, a 15% Restocking Fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. The refund will occur within 5 business days of the receipt of cancellation or the return of all products that have already been shipped, whichever is later.
